The five principles of the MOVEMENT ADVENTURe
1
Movement needs inner and outer space
The first priority is therefore to create space. Free space. This applies both inside, i.e. physically, and outside, in the environment. Space and movement can interact.
2
teaching hinders self learning
We have potentials and forces within us that shape and move us. Practice is the vessel for these forces. Learning spaces are the vessel for practice. Those who move freely in learning spaces develop naturally and are therefore stable and agile.
3
Movement is dialogue
Dialogue with the space and the landscape. Dialogue between inner and outer nature. Between inner and outer dynamics. The right environment and the right people awaken potential. Potential develops in individual and shared open spaces.
4
Learning means playing, playing means learning
The central element of play is openness. Playing without competition, i.e. without stress, creates a self-reinforcing dynamic of input and output. Information is received, processed and translated into action. Perception, processing and realisation are all cultivated in the process.
5
Similarities and differences MATTER
Everyone learns differently, moves differently and has different potential. There are also principles that we all have in common. Knowing and promoting both aspects is essential.
