Martin Schmid

The path of movement and embodiment has been my path since 1988. I have been teaching and writing intensively since 1997. Today I no longer "teach" in the sense that you might imagine a teacher to be. Because the methods that have emerged are dialogue-based. They teach us. I am only a facilitator.

My experience: It is about being a conscious expression of the enormous powers that we humans have access to as ancient beings, indeed that we are. It is about awakening and cultivating these powers.

I have documented my path and my research results in detail in books.
