Evening
We spend the evening together or individually, with a pot-luck dinner or a visit to one of the many restaurants nearby.
We spend one of the evenings at our remote movement site. We make a fire on the beach, eat and enjoy, and meditate with and in the darkness.
LATE AFTERNOON
In the late afternoon we meet again, if requested, for a playful exchange or to dialogue with input from Martin.
AT THE PLACE
Breathe. Relax. Move and be moved.
We cultivate ourselves and our movement through a variety of carefully selected exercises. We end the morning with an integration dialogue.
OFF TO THE MOVEMENT AREA
We set off on our way. Most by car (15 minutes). Some jog along the beach. Or cycle through the pine forest. As the name says: Adventure!
WELCOMING THE DAY
Warming up, tuning in and aligning at sunrise by the sea in front of the accommodation. (If you can't get out of bed in the morning, skip this part).
